Hey guys,
I think RDF is kind of lame leveling up but it will be excellent at lvl80. Running back-to-back heroics and traveling to the same spots could get annoying. I wouldn’t mind RDF at 80 and having its server locked so if someone is toxic it impacts their reputation. Let me know what you guys think.
I agree, A server side LFD for northrend content only would be a good compromise. I would include leveling from 68+. It feels nice to quest and jump into a couple dungeons.
I can already sort of do that by just joining groups that need 1 more and have summon. The only downside is that once i’m done, i can’t teleport out of the dungeon back to the exact spot I was questing.
Not a bad compromise. I feel like it would make finding dungeons at low levels harder though, unless they kept lfg in the game along with late game rdf

@Menotaur You also make a great point. They would have to keep both systems in place or switch it to dungeon finder whenever you’re high enough level.

I understand both of your points but if the community is split we need to try and compromise in a way we can at least get something better than lfg. It’s better to get something than nothing.
RDF is far more valuable for leveling than it is for max level. If you’re going to compromise its definitely better to have RDF for leveling only and not at Northrend levels.
They are on record saying they wanted it at launch but it wasn’t ready…
Also wotlk is twice the length of WOTLK Classic.
So the whole it came out in icc is dumb as that was a full year of content, that will be 3 months in classic.
Why is it better? it doesn’t change how many people are queue for dps/heal/tank it just makes people more selective on classes
RDF for lvl 1-70 too, for old content.
I wouldn’t mind it for everything but honestly I think 1-70 needs it more than 80. After 2 boosts and everyone getting a 55 DK, the old dungeons will be empty in a couple weeks. Anyone who is starting Classic on a non-fresh server and isn’t buying a boost will have a hard time finding dungeon groups.

Why have we had access to two level boosts? I assume this also means you want the cash shop added in Wrath Classic, the same way it was added in 2008 correct?

Yep. Spamming LFG, running to dungeons, and reserving items in dungeons to farm out the social interaction of someone maybe saying “hi” at the start and “ty all” at the end definitely will save Wrath.
All for compromise, but this? Sorry, but primary thing I want RDF for is leveling 1 - 68.
Yup, keeping the game as it currently is will keep wrath great. Changing it will not. The current version of the game is great. No changes required.
Everyone wants it for its convenience. That’s why it is terrible. It was bad the first time and luckily Blizzard is making the correct choice this time.
