I fed all 4 Ravenous Slimes in Nazjatar the required 5 times (once per day) this week with the exact same critters I did last week (saved in a macro with waypoints and nearby critter name to feed it), but only two provided cocoons this week. These same critters have fed the slimes and provided cocoons with no issues last week. Has anyone else seen anything similar? Any ideas on what might have happened so I can stop it from happening again?
Not sure if its a bug or just RNG not realy familiar with the quest my suggestion would be to post in bug forums just to be safe.
I’m not aware of any issues with that, Tiknar. The majority of the reports that I’ve seen have been verified to have missed a day or so.
The only thing I can recommend is to report it as a bug if you believe that you have fed a specific Slime 5 times. QA will be able to take a look to see if anything is amiss.

I will keep a close eye on them this week to verify each gains the “fed” buff or whatever it is called. If it happens again I will post in the bug forum. Thanks!

I have found you have to wait a good 5 minutes or longer for the cocoon to show up. I do a quest in the area, and then return to get the cocoon.
