Completed quest She vanished. Abandoned, logged out came back its on the map, but she ain’t nowhere, In the old Days the GM would simply do a quest advance…Now they are completely useless, refer you to Wowhead. This must be costing you a lot more money.
GM staff only do quest completions now if they have directive from development, as issues have arisen in the past, requiring more work to fix what might have been otherwise a simple issue, turning it into a major problem.
It might be a quest comment might help, where as GM staff do not usually provide direct in game hints, and do not fix in game bugs. Have you checked out

If you have started the ‘To Arathi’s End’ quest chain, you will have to finish it in order to be able to turn in the ‘Rations and revelations’.
Just to add, this might help understand what a GM does for future reference, so there is less confusion about what a GM can and can not help with.
No, they would not. There were very few instances in which a Game Master would be able to help directly with a quest and I can only think of 2 that allowed for them to advance a quest (which required a policy in place to do so, after Development had given permission).
As for your other comment, if you wish to provide feedback about the game you are welcome to do so. Commentary about our employees, especially in the post I deleted is never acceptable.
