Rated PvP locked?

anyone have this problem? I logged on this morning and qued np. I’m on now and my max level char can’t join rated pvp. it says “this feature becomes available at max level”. Not sure if it’s a general problem right now, or just mine. The only thing I’ve done today was create a weak aura… but it allowed me to que rated after making it.

I’m not sure what I should do next as bliz support is hard to navigate and they usually give you an automated response anyways. What I’ve done so far is log out of game and bliz entirely, reload ui, check other max level characters and turn off all add ons just to see. nothing is working. any tips would be appreciated.

what? is this a troll? how, or why would that happen? and wouldn’t it say something to that affect if that were the case?

It’s a bug, please report it in-game, but bubblebuddy found a fix:
TYPE THIS TO FIX YOUR PVP FRAME
/script PVPQueueFrameCategoryButton2:SetEnabled(true)

This worked! Thank you. “Rated” is still greyed out but lets you que.
