No cap on rating, if some guy is a mega BG neckbeard, let him have his rating of 99999
Reward is only PVP BG titles
Rating updates and gives out titles every week. so wherever you are on the ladder, is what bg title you have, and it changes every week.
0.1% = Grand Marshal/High Warlord Title
0.5% = for marshal/warlord
etc, etc ,etc
