My Death Knight is heart level 65 and the quest giver for rank 3 crucible of flame is not in the chamber of heart. The dude that sends you to the twilight highlands. I have done this quest three times before on other toons. The toon I’m having an issue with is Psyraxx-Kilrogg, a death knight. Please help.
