What happened to Outlaws Rank 2 of Evasion we where supposed to have at lvl 58? it is just straight up not in my spell book on my 60 rogue. like this spec needs to feel any worse than it already is.
It’s there. It triggers your mastery when you dodge.
Are you certain? is it a 100% chance to trigger on dodge? me and a friend where dueling but it didn’t seem to trigger at all.
Hmm. Seems completely broken. Evasion’s tooltip doesn’t update, as it should (You can check Slice and Dice as Assassination to see how it should work). Also, I just ran up to a mob and popped Evasion and it doesn’t seem to be functioning at all.
That’s not good!

Experiencing the same issue. Never seen it work. I’ve been trying to understand what its supposed to do to determine if its a bug.
Looking at the wowhead link, I see “Aura proc chance 100%.” Does that mean main gauche is supposed to proc 100% of the time? Or that Rank 2 Evasion is supposed to proc 100% of the time Evasion is cast?
Then there’s the line that says “Effect Apply Aura: Proc Trigger Spell Value: 3.” What does value 3 mean? 3% chance to apply main gauche? Seems kinda low, but would explain why it doesn’t seem to work.
Outlaw mastery normally requires you to auto attack for it to proc. I’ve tried using evasion with auto attack and without auto attack. It just doesn’t work.
Either way, Rank 2 is not reflected in the Evasion tooltip like it is in other tooltips (Combat Potency Rank 2 for example).

No it doesn’t work, if you post about it every week, I’m sure someone at blizzard will see
My guess is that it was deemed “too powerful” and was silently pruned. Now they’re trying to avoid the confrontation for as long as possible.
