Rank 2 evasion is on wowhead.
It’s in the spellbook in-game when you are not specced into outlaw. And before you hit level 58 it’s in the spellbook
Upon reaching level 58 the passive goes away.
I can dodge dozens of attacks from world mobs with evasion and Main Gauche doesn’t trigger at all.
