So, yes, I think they’ll re-introduce the decay to keep the R14s and R13s queueing up. Especially if, as I said, the remove the fix that allowed you equip gear you no longer held the rank for.

This is dumb and I hope blizzard would never introduce decay again. I don’t care if an individual has full pvp gear and rank 14 most of the time it will not make a difference as most of them are still bad. Gate keeping the rank by having honor decay is disrespectful to the player and their time. Blizzard could instead add new ranks or new things for pvpers to do. Not introduce honor decay to force the player into a never ending grind
