It’s a hypothetical one, not necessarily related to any class.
Lets say you have a new spec that literally only has:
1 ranged ability on a 3 second cd that hits for around 120k.
Takes extra 25% dmg from all sources.
Takes extra 40% healing from all sources.
Lets say this class actually manages to perform ok or really well on the ladder and has a high representation, would this mean it doesn’t need any changes?
