Assuming you’re having the same problem as the other posters here, I’m happy to give the insight I have. The devs are pretty sure they know what the problem is, and got it half-fixed with 9.0.1 and later builds of the game. The problem with the fix is it needs a major update for each version of DirectX. The good news is it seems to be fixed on the normal DirectX 11 API for us now.
That means only people who should still be having this specific issue are those on DirectX 11 Legacy mode. Info on how to identify or change this is here.
If you’re having this error, swap to DirectX 11 or DirectX 12 mode. If it works, you know what the cause was. We’re still working on the DirectX11 Legacy version of this issue. If swapping to a different DirectX mode doesn’t help, you’re having a different problem and should create your own thread or contact support.
