so for the last two days I’ve not been getting the loot bags from random dungeon finder. Blizzard support says that it’s just too bad, it wouldn’t be fair for them to restore my loot bags because other people are experiencing the same thing… what??? fix it

Thats weird I have been leveling a paladin and gotten one every time. Granted its giving me gear I can’t use (like healer mail for example) but I have never not gotten one. Also if your not doing randoms and picking the dungeon(s) you want to queue for you won’t get one.
make sure your role is healer or tank?
no this is for sub 80 rdf, where you get the satchel of helpful goods, in theory. I also keep getting put in dungeons where all the mobs are gray. I am level 30 and I just got put into a deadmines run… definitely choosing randoms. the support guys said it was a known issue at first, then the last … person, said it was working as intended. I get them sometimes but not always
Yea I just realized I haven’t got it since I hit WotLK levelling dungeons. I always play as healer. Strange
