Random Dungeon cool down issue since 10.2 patch

Is this still an issue? I finished my timewalking quest yesterday (only did it on one character) and then went to bed, and I’ve been working this morning. 4 of them it failed to reset the queue, but one of them it did.

This HAS to be unintended because it doesn’t happen 100% of the time. It’s like some script is failing most of the time.

I just ran 4 in a row with no cooldown? Either lucky or fixed possibly?
