Yesterday i just got random disconnect, my internet was 100% fine, then the game had a queue, bug on retrieving char list and i lost -200 rating.
The system should identify players kicked from their servers and not apply penalty for players that didn’t disconnect by themselves.
Recovering these points will take days…and its not my fault.

very frustrating but it actually only took me 2 tied games to regain the rating. you dont lose MMR you lose CR which is what’s displayed. I went 3-3 and gained 100 points and the second 3-3 got me back up to where I was. doesn’t excuse their ridiculous way of assuming they will never be at fault for a disconnect but at least its not as bad as you thought
200 points suggests he’s talking about BGB unless they updated shuffle to be 200 rather than the 150 it was last expansion
It could very well take multiple games to get back the points in BGB, though in shuffle you’re right it should only take winning 3+ twice in a row for most people

It’s been happening frequently lately, it happened to me the day before yesterday in the raid finder, I lost the last boss but that’s ok, it happened at a time that I don’t mind so much.
but losing 200 on shuffle is unacceptable for players who don’t play all day.
I’ll need about 3 days to get back to where I was
i lose 200 on shuffle, it already happen with an opponent, i saw he losing -199 in the end of the match.

I never quit a shuffle a single time, it only happened because server kick me out and didn’t let me reconnect due retrieving char list.
-200 rating for me and I also saw a player who was 0-5 and disconnected in the last round, probably his was intentional, but he scored -199 in the lobby.
ok I got DC’d before a round was played so maybe it gives you a higher penalty if you do it after you play a few rounds
It’s -200 CR and -200 MMR now, according to the last update I saw.

A healer ragequit one of my lobbies last night and they only lost 150
I’m not blaming Blizzard for instability in the first month of an expansion, I know server kick some players.
But at least it should identify who was kicked and who disconnected from the other end so i wouldn’t be punished that hard for this.
