Random BG's?

I am seeing an option for Random BG when I first get into the PVP bg menu but before I pick one… it says random BG and rewards for running it. (Still the broken 1 honor)

Has Blizzard commented if they are adding random BG’s and if not, why there is still an option for one in the PVP menu?

Also- why is it showing 1 honor as the reward for running BG’s? Why hasn’t Blizzard updated to the 3.3 patch for PVP for BG weekends? (Much better honor rewards)
