They got rewards In trial by style doesn’t mean it’s competitive it’s just an event people can participate in without getting booted for max gear or meta talent builds or maybe they are missing some gems or chants.
In rated I fully support the removal of players who aren’t maxed out to the best of their ability but in randoms….their money. Their character . Sure it’s nice to win but it’s not supposed to be competitive they have rated play for that

not sure if serious or trolling but any form pvp is competitive in nature and saying it’s not is basically 40 iq drool cuppery.
albeit less than rated play it is still competitive and to have your chances greatly reduced by the issues I stated feel bad
majority of the pvp on a daily basis don’t engage in rated play

It’s hard to train much of anything when one team is so dominant because of gear/XP Off/70S in Party Sync that you are just getting spawn camped. And it happens a lot. A close, competitive game is a rarity.

This is true, and one reason why PVP will only get worse as the xpac progresses for casual or new players.
Just level out.
It’s one thing to complain, it’s another to offer a valid solution. Give some feedback that’ll make sense. Chances are, they won’t care or see it, but in the off-chance (maybe 1%), they just might.

Yeah getting bad team after bad team is just ugh. Wish there was a way to smooth out the conquest curve there.
Just to clarify are you upset about a gear/ilvl differential or an uninformed/lack of strategy issue?
I think it’s the latter. The other day I was on my healer and the horde was dominating us. We focused objectives and something strange happened. When I was under attack at the start of the team fight a couple of dps stepped in and took care of me. I don’t know what you call that but there needs to be more of it. We won, leader board was funny as the top few slots in dps and healing was all horde. I was the top alliance healer but 4th overall.
This is why queueing duo with a friend is nice, theres always someone taking care of you

One thing that we do know is they do not use a Stack Ranking system for employees.

then why would we care that BG’s are in a terrible state… I mean “it doesn’t matter” RIGHT??? I mean as long as YOU aren’t the one getting farmed
well from my perspective… the uninformed/lack of strategy ARE THE SAME kids with no gear and the “it doesn’t matter” mentality…

The OP is complaining about 70 party sync and twinks destroying BG’s…
if the clown kids missing gear or wearing grey items no stats would stop showing up this wouldn’t be an issue. 70 party syncs can be beat IF you have a team of competant GEARED players!!!
get rid of the crap players and BG will be equal. PUT IN A GOD DAMN MINIMUM I-LVL so some noob clown doesn’t show up missing 5 pieces of gear at level 50 with 6,500 HP.

this is the way. instituting a minimum ilevl requirement would make players responsible for themselves instead of accepting a loss for honor/xp. this same lazy complacent leveling player becomes the “its mot rated who cares” player at 70.
