No, I took a break and when I came back, I was honor level 0 with 20k HKs
Oh the irony lol
You guys never explain why exactly honor level matters. Hiding behind sync groups all day doesn’t make you better, it also doesn’t make what you say more important than someone that doesn’t. Hop off that high horse.
It’s elitism and gatekeeping.
They don’t need to listen to you if they feel they’re superior. The way they judge that is by honor level
This 100%. If people recognize you on the other team and you’re solo and not a rogue or Druid… you’re not gonna have a good time lol.
I’ve been called names for playing in a pre-made a as a group of 2 or three plenty of times after the other team loses. People just don’t like to lose and have a bad attitude towards the game and other players. Anyone that complains about pre-made a has the same invite button we all use
Honor level is a participation award lol it’s wild they think it means anything at all.
And you’re trying to say what? Making an account, not pvping, then taking a break, then coming back and not pvping all adds up to not pvping.
I like fresh players and would go out of my way to give tips and such. But fresh players who act like entitled experts, nah, I’ll pass.
They’re trying so hard to dismiss what you have to say by attacking you personally instead of addressing your points. It’s a common tactic used by people who have no solid ground to stand on.
That person is right – the irony is insane.
fresh players who act like entitled experts
I’m not even offering any “expert opinion” – just pointing out that some people play the game unfairly.
Pretending to be able to say why people do what they do != just pointing out anything. It’s pretending to be an expert.
I understand your frustration as an almost brand new player, I really do. But you just got here and you shouldn’t pretend to know people’s motivation, which you repeatedly get wrong.
I’m not an “almost brand new player” – that’s what you’re painting me as to devalue my opinion on the game.
Honor level 66 to me is pretty much brand new. Sorry not sorry.
to me
because your argument only works if I don’t understand the game.
I have been playing consistently for over the past year, I have every class at 80, and I have 14 full honor sets.
Good thing your feelings don’t matter here. Sorry not sorry.
Every class at 80 has nothing to do with pvp or BG’s that you love to argue about.
Honor level 66 is honor level 66. Breaking it up on a bunch of different characters to do a little bit on each doesn’t make it more than 66. And 66 is just not that many games played if you’re going to try to pretend to speak to everyone’s motivations and thoughts.
If someone has just moved to Phoenix, it would not be surprising to hear them complain about how fast traffic moves outside of congestion. They might even rant about it or even rant a lot about it. But once you’ve been here for decades, you realize the authorities don’t give an eff and nobody is going to make people stay anywhere near the posted limit. It’s not that your points about the law or desires for ppl to slow down were invalid when you were fresh, it’s more that it’s just silly to go on and on and on about it while the more experienced ppl all know nothing is going to change.
But hey, it’s your $15 or whatever a month, you do you.
I expected an apology, but that’s fine as well.
Dodging and deflecting like normal. Honor level didn’t exist till Legion. Someone coming back to the game that played before that would have no honor level. What gives you the right to think they have no say simply for having “low” honor level?
It’s fun to watch him squirm around like that though. He’s like a goldfish amongst sharks.
Who’s the goldfish and who’s the shark?
If you have to ask …
I’m asking because I really have no idea why several people have chosen to get upset and make it into a personal discussion.
