Raids are disheartening

9,000ish is my guess

For me it’s not just the loot drought from the raids. It’s also that the end bosses seem to be guild breakers. All the grief and not enough reward.

Exactly this, worked from what, BC through to what Cata or MoP, or was it WoD, either way, there was never an issue with currency for gear until Ion took over, unless WoD was his doing too, in which case nothing is an issue until he decides to make it one.

Blizz seems to like making an issue out of things that don’t need to be one.

Zero loot is ZERO loot, 6 bosses on Heroic and 3 on Mythic. Only raided with guild, nobody else. As stated earlier in previous post, if I’d killed them already then how did I get anima and Stygian Embers from the boss as they don’t drop once a boss has been killed :man_facepalming:

Also just for your own piece of mind, I’ve been sober 3 years so that don’t come into the equation.

Just because you killed X amount of bosses at 3,6,9 don’t mean you are guaranteed a piece of loot you don’t already have. I swear some people don’t pay attention to how the vault works.

Your spelling has me eye twitching hence I’ve fairly well written off your comment completely. But for sanity sake I’ll follow through.

To complete the gear “loots” as you said being such an experienced raider that you are and who knows how much of a challenge Mythic is, my guild is currently progressing on Mythic bosses.

Most of our 20 + man / woman Heroic raid team is still clearing Heroic every week for upgrades on alts to switch out as the Mythic bosses require. Even some of our main raiders have not seen certain pieces from the raid OR the vault from Heroic difficulty.

Not even close to max levels on gear :man_facepalming::man_facepalming::man_facepalming::man_facepalming:

Another post that could have stopped here and would not lose any meaning.

Competitive attitudes and playing something you enjoy with a good group of people is what keeps you going. Showing new players events and content they have not seen. There is a sense of total achievement when you finalise an encounter you have worked hard on with 19 other people. But what is not nice is not seeing something for the effort involved when it is actually critical to helping progress

“There’s too much loot in the game, gear doesn’t feel rewarding”

OKAY WE REDUCED LOOT CHANCE BY 70%

Blizzard can’t seem to hit the middle ground with loot, there’s either too much or not enough. It’s so annoying.

I guess RNG is RNG. And it was your lucky week. ROFL.

It is guaranteed a duplicate/triplicate if you been on the the same difficulty for like 10 weeks. Working as intended.

The game doesnt guarantee you would get “all” the loots on loot table. How many weeks has passed? Just 12 weeks? RNG is RNG.

They did RNG it right a few times and then forgot their own bad luck loot protection for the rest of us

Weekly cache of the past… is RNG with no options.

Weekly Vault currently is still RNG but 3 options from Raid, 3 options from M+ and 3 options from PvP. You could put the options IN YOUR FAVOR. That’s the protection.

It’s easy to gear from ilevel 0 to ilevel 252 with the Vault system. Unlike on BFA, it’s like raining of Epics… raining of GARBAGE epics. Doing 1x M+ or Do 10x M+10 in Legion or BFA would net the same garbage results.

Yeh so is only 4 / 10 normal bosses at this point of this patch :rofl::rofl:

No kidding, didn’t notice that :man_facepalming: Even after killing 10 bosses and only seeing the same loot from the first 3 in the raid for weeks on end.

You really, really don’t understand how the loot vault works do you? With the whole loots tables of each respective vault option being EVERY PIECE available. You can’t seed anything in your favour.

How is it easy to level your gear to 252 from the vault? That would take longer then raid gearing / Korthia gear. As you said that I can actually agree with is BFA was trash BUT at least they still had bonus rolling which is where I got most of my key pieces from during that expansion.

No and no

And no

The competition was over in the first week - there are lot of stuff in world that feels good /enjoyable but are bad for you , this is pointless addiction .

How do convince a gambler to quit gambling in a casino?
Answer: You can’t ! why?? its a process of self realization and when they start making silly excuses to defend their zombie habit that when you realize nothing of what they say matters and is ignorable.

You will forever be following that carrot and whining about it and making excuses to continue doing it . Suffer well

They’re not going to fix it as long as people keep playing and trying for the loot. If people actually stop playing then and only then will they change it. By their measure it must not really be that big of a problem if you keep playing.

NO MERCY!!! - Sylvanas

What kind of dimension you living in? World firsts were not obtainable outside people who get payed to play in the first week. Not for the rest of us.

Well personally I don’t gamble, waste of money.

As for self realisation, each to their own and their level of self worth. Everyone has a zombie habit no matter who they are and nobody is ignorable. Everybody has a voice and has the ability to use it.

Following what carrot? It’s hard to follow when you know it’s not really there. In the 16 years I’ve played this game I’ve very rarely spoken up about issues unless they are legitimate.

That’s nothing! We were farming DoS FOR WEEKS and of the 3 people who could get the scale no one even saw it. I finally got it to drop in a 8 or a 10. RIP all my saved up valor.

They say doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different outcome is the definition of stupidity.

I don’t think so.

Doing the same thing you hate over and over, and whining about it instead if simply not doing it in the first place is the definition of stupidity. Or addiction. Take your pick.

Thats me, F this xpac and its worst RNG since the game was made. Blizzard is garbage now and I’m so deep and addicted I just take their crap and move on. This Friday Imma buy the New World MMO and hope it’s enough to keep me away from wow forever.

Doing the same thing over and over with the same outcome is the definition of insanity.
