Raiderio isnt the problem, there are just too many dps in the game meaning the competition for a spot is super high. Any group leader will pick the highest IO and the highest ilvl. The only chance you have is to play tank.

I honestly can’t tell of you are joking or not. Your tone seems genuine but the suggestion is so ridiculous that I’m having trouble believing you.
Yeah. I’m not about to let someone inexperienced ruin my key, when I can find 50+ DPS classes with a better score to make sure they do their jobs right. Simple.
You want to get invited, go tank or healer. Or, keep crying, while playing in an over saturated spec.
Alts show mains score. So you’re wrong.

I also wish Raider IO didn’t exist so you wouldn’t be invited for other reasons and would still be here complaining about that.
Quit blaming the addon. All it does is display information that is readily available in your armory.

You don’t have keystone master or conqueror for any BFA seasons.

I don’t believe the OP is telling the truth. I believe they saw a few “declined” messages and couldn’t take it anymore … TO THE FORUMS!!!
But seriously, can someone please explain why they genuinely feel entitled to join someone else’s group? And then blame Blizzard for others not letting you in THEIR group? It makes absolutely no sense. It’s not like the groups in group finder are created automatically like the Dungeon Finder is. It’s real life people starting their own group and then choosing who they want to invite. All of these options are available to everyone.

Do I need to log into this character for it to recognize it after the fact? I’ve done everything on +21 or higher in time and I got the stupid worm mount the first week so I dunno
I only recently started using this addon, And i went from nothing on My New account, to 1k breezy and easy… Running +11’s this week on a Ret Pally, The least wanted of all the damage specs
I only played with People who had a solid .IO score
Also… I only attempted content that i actually had the Ilvl for, And i never tried to lead a group with a sub-par ilvl, Like all the cringey tryhards too. AND i avoided said groups

Raider IO only hurts the ones who are just coming back to WoW. The addon benefits thoughs who have been playing since the beginning of a season or possibly the beginning of the expansion.
As someone who has just joined back a month 1/2 ago (completely fresh in BFA), run your own keys and grab the good players for your own run.
Hit 10+ on your own key weekly and do M0 runs on all dungeons to learn the mechanics, you’ll do just fine.
You forgot Survival hunter.
Also Holy pally is good at everything right now. Raiding, M+ing, and PVPing and 2s and 3s. Wouldn’t say that’s a raw deal. it’d be like complaining on a arms warrior while having access to Fury and prot warrior, some of the best aoe and self healing and group buffing buffs in the games.
If 90% of pugs aren’t gonna be spending 1k a hour on scrolling and cc is getting broken in a 10-15 anyways, the +1 key level from +10% more tank damage and melee damage and self buffed damage will help the group a lot further than being maybe ± 2% on the aoe meters will be post +10% buff running at a mere 108% performance over say 110%. If you’re not even using cc abilities or worrying about your tank being gibbed by explosions, fury warrior’s highly respectable damage and best mitigration and 25k self healing per second with 60% armor equal to VDH’s 60% base armor in DPS spec isn’t too shabby.
VDH has to give away core rotational abilities like spirit bomb to match the base 80% armor of prot has taken for granted on our 3 minute power cd that only lasts 15 seconds. And then give up a major essence slot and spirit bomb for a build that basically does no damage on it’s own and is solely only viable because it can load hp.
Some specs have multiple viable specs that both got the BEST damage and the best armor and spell reflects adding on further damage when spell damage outside of obelisks is rare this expansion. We get one spec that makes people forget the other one ever existed or that dh isn’t a triple dps spec class. I don’t get why some people have a problem with three specs on one class and going “But that’s another spec”
But it’s still great and you already have all the azerite on the character and can fulfill multiple traits from tanking to healing to dpsing all on one character with one rep and essence grind. 
True, although i wasn’t really complaining about the situation, Just noting it. For an emphasis, On how unwanted Ret is, Yet still gets picked when Your .IO and Ilvl are correct for the content. I can name many classes with SUB ( get it? like sub rogue? kek ) Optimal specs, That would get picked before a Ret Paladin in M+ or Raids
I used to play Hpally exclusively, And didnt even switch to ret for doing Dailies etc. This is not only the first expansion i am playing Ret, But the first Patch, 8.3. It seems at first that i picked a terrible time to do so, But its been fun regardless. Im tired of being the one who heals Arenas for My average DPS teamates. Even the Guild raids in 8.0 i’ve done, were really cringey. Most of them give zero incentive to raid as healer or tank as offspecs, Since they wont let You roll on DPS drops.
But thats going a bit off topic. That along with People too stupid to offer gear in LFR for a /roll, Is just a symptom of other issues. People are aggressively lazy / casual, And find joy in telling People they are " sweaty tryhards " in 2020.
Because like everyone targeted y this thread, Heaven forbid You should find Your time important

Make your own groups, push your own keys. Run all 5s, then all 7s, then all 9s, then all 10s, then 12s, then 14s and then 15s. It’s going to take time to get your IO up.
They probably had their main linked to their alt.
