EDIT: Why did I make this post in the last month of the worst expansion, you people have driven away all the sane casuals with your elistism, no one else is left.
I loved M+ in Legion, even though I hated most of the dungeons, because I didn’t have to do the ones I didn’t like.
But at some point, people started blindly following Raider IO, which is a score of ALL dungeons.
So now it’s just accepted by the community that you have to time every single dungeon every single patch because the arbitrary rankings of a stupid addon.
And if you don’t partake in this ridiculous rat race, you become a low IO pariah, and have to wade through pages and pages of people selling carries, Twitch streamers, and people who already declined you 30m ago but are so picky that they are still somehow looking for a DPS.
It’s made the game a miserable experience for anyone that doesn’t treat their Raider IO score as the most important number in their life.

You can only be at the mercy of the evil 1% IO elitista if you are trying to join their key.
Solution: use your own key and invite the first 4 that sign up indiscriminately. Have your fun!

Since the key you get each week is random, this doesn’t at all help the complaint of doing dungeons you don’t want to do.

Then look for all the other people who dislike Rio. Looking at the amount of threats, there must be millions with whom you can run dungeons and who will invite you even with low score. Unless… they also dont want to invite people with low score…

Someone is being mean because they’re trying to make their own group for their own key
Meanwhile
You can make your own group with your own key and invite/decline whoever you want.
Choose the later

It’s weird because I’ve tried to pug keys before and then made a group of similar ilvls but the people turned out to be complete duds and the group disbanded because people couldn’t get past the trash on the first boss on a junkyard run because they kept running under the attack helicopter after I kept telling them not to go that way
