It has nothing to do at all with who deserves these rewards at all imo.
The achievement clearly has stated that it was available in any difficulty.
Now its stated to be not available in lfr.
Why the change
Do you feel that those in lfr dont deserve it? Are you intending to sell carries of normal to those who it is now excluded to?

I only have one because once we got AOTC, most of the guild was disgusted with the place and peaced out until DF. What’s left isn’t capable of rekilling him because it’s mostly the ones we carried the first time through. Sucks, but is what it is.

Have you tried since the most recent nerfs? Mythic jailor now is easier than what prenerf heroic was or so ive heard.
Please reconcider. I am a raider. I am burnt out. On a raiding break. I was excited that all I had to do was LFR to get my slime cat. I am too exhausted to relearn/reprogress/recommit myself to raiding. Want me to play Dragonflight? Well, I like breaks before new expansion. Reverse this decision, add it to LFR, let everyone have it. This season should be fun, not a chore.
Our AOTC didn’t happen until after the nerfs. Our rekill attempt was Tuesday. What’s left of the raid group right now isn’t capable of killing him because too many of our strong DPS have to fill the other roles to make the raid even happen. There is a decent little chunk of our raid that have always been carries. It is what it is.
How about you reward players who stayed in this trash scam expansion instead of only thinking about token money
This is as good a reason as any for them to make the mount available through LFR. This patch isn’t supposed to reinvigorate the elite few. A lot of people are burnt out from the content grind. Whether it’s raids. M+. Anima grind. or level grinding.
When S4 was initially announced I thought, “Oh good a patch to relax and have fun.” Far from the truth apparently.

LFR should give nothing but gear progression and the ability to learn the fights and progress into Normal.
Why not?
Right, because why let people get it on the difficulty they enjoy when some people might carry others in charity runs?
Charity carries through 31 bosses at that.
I don’t think they thought that comment through very well.
I’m in the same boat as a lot of people. I’m currently taking a break from raiding because I’m burnt out and even got Cutting Edge for Sylvanas and Denathrius, but just wanted to relax until Dragonflight and just do LFR without having to PUG or join a new guild for Fated Normal. Feels very misleading and hurtful to the community when the achievement didn’t specify Normal difficulty. I think it’s fine having the title for Heroic and the portals for Mythic, but just this once just let people get the mount in LFR. Thank you.
