Why do y’all get so wrapped up in the numbers game? There is lots of stuff on the AH. There are tons of people to group with. There are plenty of guilds. Honestly why do you care beyond that? What has the drop in subscribers hindered you to do?
People freak out over 3ilvls. What’s that 1-2 rating
They also normally ignore how with cross realm, loot based lockouts, and flex raid sizes you can just do a few bosses at a time.

What makes you think the gear will be more meaningful? In terms of the mythic+ changes it is less meaningful because you get less drops and it has lower item level. I doubt they are going to change the amount of gear per dungeon that much so you will still get a lot of useless stuff except now it will take longer to get the things you want.
So you can’t be fully geared within a week? Let me shed a tear…

You may want try reading a post before responding. I never said a 15 was or wasn’t easier. I was pointing out that you can get heroic ilvl gear from doing a god damn 11. And you can farm them ALL DAY LONG. Making them a more reliable gearing path than once a week raiding.
Honestly, some of you need to pull your ego’s out of are rear ends and learn to read a god damn post.
The arguments people use are hilarious.
The ONLY expansion you could get heroic level raid gear from the M+ end chest was BfA. Which is at best the 2nd worst expansion ever. In part because of its failed gearing systems.
Shadowlands offers the same ilvls as Legion. Was Legion raid or die? It doesn’t even matter if it was, since it was far better liked than BfA.

To your point: who cares if you can farm them all day long? It’s mid tier gear. You only get one max ilvl piece per week for doing mythic plus, unlike mythic raiding.

I thought a +14 also rewarded the same ilevel from the end of week chest, but 7 ilevels lower in the end of dungeon chest?

Thats because Blizzard thinks, Wrongly that M+ gearing is killing Herioc raid.
More so the no lockouts and LFG system are killing raiding.
I killed every boss 1 time, to have 12/12 because why not.
After that you will see “Raden kills 17, Dres kills 9, Illy kills 5, Nzoth Kills 6, Caparce kills 3, Inquister kills 2”
Because I pug into a group that is on the boss I need, and get that kill coin that boss, once I get that piece, that boss is dead to me.
My guild has stopped even bothering with Herioc raids. There is no point, your better off pugging into the boss you need specifically.
At higher levels, it damn sure is harder than raiding. And I’m a live long raider.
