Gms have awarded gear that was not looted out before.

In cases where the ML goes offline or leaves.

I am not saying that never happened, Auril. I’m not aware of any in particular, but it doesn’t feel out of scope for the original Wrath of the Lich King release.

However, the policies for Wrath of the Lich King Classic make that scenario unlikely as we specifically do not assist with those situations.

It’s been more than a decade so my memory is pretty fuzzy, but I feel like it was a case where the master looter gave the item to the wrong person and both the master looter and the person who received the item had to put tickets in to get the item given to the correct person.

Less so from the Master Looter, but whomever received the item would have to put in the ticket. That was pretty standard back then.
