After the SoO patch I no longer have raid frames in Celestial dungeons. Also, when I am in an actual raid the raid frames are much larger than they were before the patch, and they arrange everyone by group from left to right, so in a 40 man raid the whole center of my screen is covered with raid frames!?
Go into the edit mode an you should be able to change the size of all of them, and there should be a party frame one as well that you can click.
To add to this, when in the edit mode you have to turn on the raid frame edit. I mean there’s a box you have to click to even be able to edit the raid frames. I sat there for like 2 minutes trying to click the frames and everything else.
