But that’s what he said. He supports LFR and doesn’t want to gatekeep how others play the game. If you say he’s being hypocritical from some past personal experience, then ok. But people can change their minds. And that should be praised, not criticized.
Yes I’ve seen that.
But when I present my ideas which are somewhere along the lines as theirs, they turn it into entitlement issues.
I don’t agree with their ideas on how LFR should be, but I would accept it if it meant having LFR in place.
I just think my point is the most impartial of all…
Let anyone decide the manner in which they want to group with, for any content, randomized or organized, PvP or PvE.
I’m not. I am and have been consistent across all two characters I post on.
He doesn’t even know why he dislikes me or argues.
So you want retail trash dungeon added to cata where you get 4 NPCs that do the fights for you?
You partially reminded me when you brought up “business.”
I told you it was none of your business because you tried to question the manner in which I play, which really is none of your business.
If I can’t find 4 real players, then sure, why not?
That is 100% what a MMO is based on. This is not a single player game. Maybe retail is but not classic.
There is no Mythic in Classic Mythic was added towards the end of SoO after SoO was released for over 8 months for people to run.
Well then they shouldn’t have opened the door by creating X-realm, automated BGs and dungeons. Raiding with LFR was inevitable.
Point still stands. You cant queue for Mythic through the systems.
You don’t have a damn point. You’re comparing things that aren’t comparable.
Random bG queues don’t compare to LFR. LFR is easier than actual raids. Pvp is variable, and I doubt you’re any good at it from what you’ve been saying, it’s kind of sad.
I can’t believe you’re even suggesting the things you are, it’s unhinged.
One last thing, since you want to think I’m a gatekeeper, or whatever…
Even if you could queue for it, you’re the wrong demo for Mythic/heroic raiding anyway, you haven’t done ANY raids at all, you won’t even know what you’re doing, or what’s expected of you, we would THEN expect your posts on the forums about being kicked out of these “lfr” type normal/heroic raids for being atrocious at the game as it is - which doubles back to you just being another casual-andy wanting free loot.
I say no. Get good.
TBF they coded the hunter to be just as insufferable as a normal player.
Follower dungeons are good for one thing, getting the dungeon quests done so you don’t slow down a real group. After that, forget they exist.
I asked what your intent was with your “unique” spec and gear choices. You screamed back at me.
LFR is not needed in Cata tho. Bring it back for MoP sure but not for the last phase of Cata.
BECAUSE IT IS NOT IN THE GAME!!! THERE IS NO MYTHIC CONTENT IN THE GAME!!! THIS IS CATA!!!
I do, and stated them as clearly and simply as possible.
You’re just purposely letting them go in one ear and out the other.
What, fairness and accessibility for all. What an ogre I am.
Exactly. How am I supposed to learn and practice anything, when I have to go through “you” to do it?
I remember that convo, but were already in a snyde-like demeanor, as my spec was only ever brought up by that gaslighting rogue as an attempt to insult me.
I didn’t feel that you were interested at all in my spec.
I both agree and disagree. I disagree in which there should be an LFR for all expacs. I agree in which Cata this time around doesn’t really need it since only a few would likely use it; but I’ll let those that want LFR for Cata decide that for themselves.
WHAT DO YOU THINK INFERNO DUNGEONS ARE? And at least here, these “Mythics” are ALL queueable.
Heroic + dungeons filled with bad players who cheat to get into them with PvP gear and excpet to be carried by raiders who are just there to valor cap for the week.
Not mythics, not even close, my god you are a fool.
Couple different ways, we have training dummies.
Find a group and do some dungeons, get some practice in.
Next, maybe join a guild, one that raids or wants to raid.
Next become part of their raid team, show them you’ve been practicing and they’ll want you to participate.
Next, kill bosses and get loot.
YOU: “I don’t wanna talk to people, wahhhhhhh”
Yeah but, did you know you can’t queue for Mythics? /s
Not mythics.
You keep insisting it has to be about gear. Some people just want to raid because, hear me out, raiding is fun.
Just like how feral buffs aren’t needed bc feral is viable, BUT, doing more dps is fun.
Yeah because they are not in Classic!!! How would someone be able to que for something that is not in the game?
Not saying they shouldnt be able to raid im saying that normal raids are there for people who want a casual pace of raiding!!!
Just like people like yourself. with a 53.5 average parse on normals as a
Imagien playing a S tier class then getting out damaged by an F tier class you need to go sit down.
Oh I am aware, I was being sarcastic.
Dude wants single player WoW or to be carried. He is sadly the poster boy for the people you and the other poster are using as an example.
Majority of casuals just play the game and are happy. aka me.
And this holds true til mythic raids are introduced. Since normal raids get quasi replaced in players minds by heroic raids.
Four difficulties really skewed things around.
And those who actually have lives or other games to play? Here’s something to think about; how many games do you play? I could list hundreds for myself.
And, add on any “versions” of the games. Do you play WoW? Oh, what version? There’s Retail, Classic Era, Classic Hardcore, Cataclysm Classic, Classic Season of Discovery, Classic Anniversary, and Classic Anniversary Hardcore. That is what, 7(?) versions of the same game.
For Minecraft, you can count Bedrock edition, any of the Legacy editions, Rasberry Pi edition, any of the updates for Java edition, etc.
For Call of Duty, you can ask about not just “version” (Zombies, Campaign, Coop, TDM, etc) but also which CoD itself. Original MW 1-3, newer MWs, BO 1-6, etc.
Fortnite now has Battle Royale, Creative, Lego, a guitar hero mode, Save the World, etc.
You probably get the point. This is just gaming for no-lives. You also need to think about people who DO have jobs, other hobbies, etc.
Now multiply that by 10-25 people, and you might notice that scheduling can be a nightmare.
TL;DR: Not everyone has the time to schedule but still wants to play, let people play the game. It was there in original.
