Raid Drops

10 man need 1 more raid drop per boss… its insanely low… theres no way that anyone will get bis items or even close… which leaves me feeling like why even bother raiding?

Just do 8:3 for raids please!

Just do what most players now do for BiS in Classic, buy BiS with the credit card in a GDKP(don’t actually do that, GDKPers are degenerate RMTers).

It’s made to be about triple the loot in 25 man vs 10.

This is to encourage playing 25 man, extra loot. If only was 2.5x would be no reason to do 25 man. Adding one to 10 per boss makes 10 man better ratio wise. If 10 man droped one more item 25 man would need 3 more per boss. To keep it where it should be. In fact blizzard even buffed the amount of drops in 25 later into cata as 25 was not rewarding enough.

If you want more loot play 25 man. You are making the choice to play 10 as such you should be factoring slower loot into that as that is vary much intended. It’s esp a ton slower for Lego items.

We dont want to raid 25 though… don’t you get it? 10 man is harder on heroic too. They need to add an extra teir drop at the very least.

I think this guy has a agenda, not sure what it is yet…

You are giving way too much credit. Agenda implies there are actual thoughts behind them.

What a dumb, ignorant, take.

If everyone is buying gear in a GDKP, how much gear actually drops? Who gets that gear and what happens to the players who bought gold but didn’t get any loot? Why would they have purchased gold in the first place given those potential circumstances?

  1. RMTers run multiple GDKP raids with multiple accounts
  2. They buy more gold to outbid others
  3. They buy enough gold to prebuy items

But everyone is buying gold in the GDKPs for gear? If they’re all getting gear, whose getting that gold then?

The people who run multiple accounts to carry and sell gold?

You’re telling me they’re buying gold, to trade to themselves, no?

If they’re getting all that gold back, why are they purchasing any in the first place?

The feigned ignorance must be really tiring.

Your ignorance is on full display for all.

If everyone in a GDKP buys gold to get gear, whose getting their gold? Why would those receiving the gold, be incentivized to purchase more gold?

Just ignore him, he’s got a one track mind and it’s neither worth entertaining, nor responding to. I think a GDKP blew up his house or something, maybe it kicked his puppy, peed in his cereal?

Actually on topic though, I do agree that they should up the drops, considering they’re speeding everything along, the first phase is probably gonna feel like the shortest, due to not everyone hitting level cap in the first week, maybe even the second week. Either way, it’d be nice to get a little something more from it.

So I see what you’re trying to to do here…
The point of the person your arguing is trying to convey. Albeit rather more complicated than it needs to be…

Is that gdkps are directly benefiting from people who buy gold… just because you for example didn’t buy doesn’t mean someone in your raid didn’t. You are delusional if you think every single player farmed their gold natural…

Are far as your questions it begs me to question if you know anything about gdkps at all…

That’s how it works for the Auction house too, no? Or any trading for that matter in the game. How do you discern someone didn’t RMT when selling a Decay deck for 3k+ gold?

Yes a certain % of the gold in the economy is from RMT and unless you can personally trace every single gold you have back to a mob drop you have RMT gold too.
