Yesterday I did a heroic undermine. When we got to the last boss alot of the members were disconnected after a heavey lag spike. I lost out on rolls on some good stuff. What can be done about this.
Pretty much nothing. There was a lot of issues yesterday, but Blizzard would not be able to assist in helping you there.

Unfortunately, Customer Support is completely hands off when it comes to loot distribution.
