lol. <3 Ziryus. I know you can troll better than that.
I mean if you’re going to make a statement bashing TBC you should probably make sure your criteria can’t also be applied to vanilla.
By all means. Classic Vanilla was dying also. I mean heck, Naxx killed off a huge number of the raiding guild population because they couldn’t handle any sort of adversity.
But to the extent of TBC? No one has the hard numbers. I’m not here to argue active player base, etc.
Or maybe it’s exactly what you already said, when the game is just about raid logging most people don’t find it very engaging.
But hey I’m sure GDKP’s will pick up once T6 is out and T5 is nerfed and that’ll engage some people.
this is so demotivating… I have no interest in beating these raids with nerfs. I want the challenge and satisfaction of killing them without my hand being held. I feel like I did not properly beat this content and no longer have that chance (which was the whole point in WOW classic to me). What is the point of nerfing the content? Above all else… raiders want to say that they beat Kael/Vashj… NOT, I beat Kael/Vashj after it was nerfed into the ground… At least give us a setting to keep nerfs off of our raids. Like Hardcore.
I think a compromise could be, instead of nerfing the bosses. Have the bosses drop x2 loot. That way guilds can gear up faster and use the gear to kill the non-nerfed bosses. A lot of the struggle is having to replace people that quit the game and having to restart the gearing process.
If you haven’t cleared it yet then why would you feel any sense of accomplishment by killing it 3 months in with near full T5 gear? Get real. Nerfs need to be implemented.
There is 0 requirement for creative use of game mechanics. The P3 part of the fight is purely a DPS requirement, one that is obfuscated because Vashj has a soft enrage that people misinterpret as a need to handle spore bats. If you’re guild cannot do 20k raid DPS in P3 you won’t kill her. This isn’t a creative requirement its a fundamental requirement that some people can’t reach.
Nice! Cant wait to do T6 on the week of Dec14th!
I like how I’m some super villain to you because I like a video game’s tuning. Get a grip.
Take away layers! They aren’t supposed to be in the game. 21k alliance on one pvp server w/ 0 horde gg
No thank you
Keep layers forever
Why would 5-6k alliance and 0 horde be any different?
Every non guild gruul/Mag has anything worthwhile (DST, shield, sp sword) hard ressed or GDKP which is a toxic manifestation of gold buyers laundering botted gold that I refuse to support.
If raid time is limited, it’s not worth running Mag/Gruul in addition to T5. The loot isn’t that important. Same thing when T6 is released. It won’t be worth running T5 after everyone is attuned.
If pugging isn’t an option and doing Mag/Gruul limits Vashj/Kael attempts, I’d stop doing mag/gruul
It was glorious watching the weak be filtered during Naxx and now history repeats itself in T5. Life is good…
We don’t have new players coming into TBC like in the original run and as a result there is no gearing anyone up. Since T5 we have been replacing people who quit and the replacements are better most of the time. It helps we had the content on farm since release.
Worse is morons like you thinking this was ever hard. This game is literally made for mouth breathers like yourself.
Thank you for being so kind. The content is a joke as is without the nerfs and after nerfs it will be laughable. Can’t wait for people cry about T6
I don’t know why you all think being able to cc mc’s at vash will suddenly make it easier, if people are struggling right now at vash i imagine theres fundamental guild problems which won’t help. phase 3 is sensory overload the guilds struggling probs have bad comps, no consumes, bad leadership and not seeding (and probs unwilling to learn) they most likly can’t even do cc’s
health nerfs at kael and tidewalker murlocsI can see why people are upset but for vash i cant
