I’m against nerfing bosses but KT/Vashj aren’t optional if you want to get to Hyjal which ironically has easier fights overall compared to Vashj/KT.
Devs putting attunement items on these bosses in the first place was dumb. Had they not then there would be no need to nerf bosses.

This is a good point. But don’t give them any ideas. We don’t want them selling $40 “Nerf Vashj for 24 hours” tokens.
Not a fan, would prefer this not happen till phase 3 so peeps that still want to clear the more challenging version get the most opportunity (have had it on farm since early October here).
Sadly there is a large swath of people wanting the nerf that will still not be able to clear it.
Does that mean a second round of nerfs? If so, please nerf ALL the encounters so we can all get our undergeared alts loot easily! PUG love!

If you cant get these bosses down before christmas, there is no hope of you being able to do it over the christmas an new year period prior to T6 release (Early-Mid January)

Whether you like the philosophy or not, if you’re not good enough to get down the content then you either need to improve or decide to do something else. By nerfing the content you are undermining and devaluing the work and accomplishments of the guilds who can do the content.
As I said in a previous post, if you want a game that caters to everybody that philosophy is implemented in retail. Leave classic the way it was intended, which was a little exclusive and targeted at a more niche audience. If this game isn’t what you enjoy or find it to have flaws you can’t live with, there are other games out there for you.

They would have said that Vashj would be post nerf. If she was truly post nerf, persuasion would be gone entirely. Maybe the adds will have reduced HP and bats adjusted, but the post suggests that they are only modifying persuasion not implementing any other nerfs. Until there is a PTR or release, this is speculation.
Nah they wont, p3 needs a while on PTR. They dont beta test their raids, we do. 4 weeks on PTR at a minimum. I would expect the three weeks before the patch to start december 14 and first raid on 1/5

8/10 and 9/10 guilds are the minority. these nerfs aren’t needed. and if your guild couldn’t kill them pre nerf, what makes you think your guild will last into T6 content. these nerfs dont help anyone other than lead to guilds being used as feeder for the actual good guilds.

TLDR
The nerfs don’t need to happen. If you’re not good enough join a team who is. If your guild can’t down things without a nerf then the guild is going to die in later tiers.
there are how many guilds are dying for players and are hard stuck at 8/10 while carrying 10 pieces of actual dead weight when you can merge with another guild and make a solid squad of 25.

the numbers aren’t fictitious don’t delude your self otherwise. they’re right infront of you. stop trying to cling to scraps, and actually solve the problem, and merge with another guild to actually make a good solid core to clear content, and stop clinging to trash because of the refusal to cut dead weight.

It’s hard to take someone seriously about the raids being overtuned when your biggest problems are Alar and Tidewalker.
