Probably best to put this in the bug report forum for a developer review. I know you have a ticket pending on this.

looks like i wont be ever be recruiting friends to play this game again.
That is your choice, of course. But at no point did Vrak say that it wasn’t going to be addressed, and stomping your foot to make a threat about not doing something again in the future is also not going to do anything to get it fixed either. This forum is one for players to assist other players. There are no GMs here who address the issues that require tickets. Our Blues like Vrak are SFAs. Their focus is here on the forums to offer their advice, their insight and to keep us hoodlums in line.
You cannot bypass the ticketing system. You wait your turn, just like everyone else. It isn’t fair to think that your issue is any more important than the people who got their ticket in before yours, just like you wouldn’t appreciate it if someone else tried to jump the line ahead of you. Tickets are answered in the order that they are received, and I’ve not seen any notes lately about inflated ticket times. So most things are being addressed within a day or so. You just have to wait your turn and work within the system provided.
Like Vrak said - the four days showing up on your ticket timer is an ESTIMATION based on the oldest ticket in the system currently. It is not the time expected for your ticket specifically. And in the future, you do not need to make a new thread to address the same issue from a couple of days ago.

I think I see the issue, and it’s probably not a bug, noticing you stated that recruit recently resubscribed, and as a fellow player I can’t judge if your ticket was answered, but reading the support page it likely it’s currently working as expected. How long was recruit 1 inactive for if at all?
If for any reason, the recruit’s game time lapses for three or more days, then the recruit will no longer provide old rewards if they decide to re-activate game time on their account.
