It says you can only raf a new account that was made in the last 7 days but does that only refer to activated accounts with sub time?
id imagine you can raf a trial account thats never been activated regardless of how long ago it was made?
It means from the moment the account was created. So if they’ve been a starter account for more than 7 days, then that account would not qualify.
