I have been doing the RAF for the explorer rewards. On Tuesday 3/21/2023 I should have gotten my 12th month reward which was the Explorer mog set. I did not get it. I received instead the new RAF reward which is a battle pet. I have read several posts saying I still should have received the past rewards. My RAF never expired. Is this a known issue?
That is generally how those have worked, Khoriva, and the blog did say that the previous rewards would be available for those recruited prior to March 21st.
I’ve made some inquiries, but I’d recommend posting in the Bug Report forum as well.

Looks like there was a bug with this, but it should have been addressed with a recent hotfix. You should have received the appropriate 12 month reward, but it looks like you haven’t yet. That’s being looked into.
Please let me know if you are granted the Ensemble or given the option to claim it.

Hello! I haven’t received it yet, but will be keeping an eye out for it. Thanks for the quick response! <3 I still have the unopened pet in my pet tab. As much as I want to open it and level it…i have not! LOL
HA! It just appeared. You guys need to take back the battle pet now!

I don’t know if that license is being removed, it might just be a bonus for you, but I’m checking.

Looks like they are working on reclaiming that license, but it is being difficult. Don’t claim it, once the issue it resolved it should disappear.
