I just recruit a friend within the last week with a old friend that hasn’t played in 2 years.It looks like the accounts are linked but we can not summon each other it and i have not received my first month reward for him buying month. I can see him as a recuited friend on my list.
I don’t suppose they have multiple game licenses and are playing on an unlinked one, are they?

From what I can see, Kaelossa, you are linked to your friend’s WoW#3 license, which is brand new.
As far as I can see the WoW#1 account had game time within 2 years, sorry.

just curious if there is anything we can do to fix this mess up? he says he hadn’t played in 2 years up till we tried to do the RaF and he bought time last week. If not thanks for the help.
I don’t see anything that can be done here, Kaelossa, sorry. Looking at the game time history and purchases there was game time purchased and used on the account 12/18/18 and 1/18/19, which would have made the account ineligible until 2/18/21.
