RaF - Previous Version

I have “Recruit A Friend” accounts from two iterations of the system ago (i.e. the game was purchasable, 1 month of gametime = 1 month of gametime reward, 2 months of gametime = mount reward). Do these rewards still apply if I were to add gametime to them today? More precisely, can I still get the mounts like the Nightwing, Touring Rocket, etc.?

Unfortunately, the clock ran out yesterday on those :frowning: You had 90 days from June 11th to add game time to qualify for rewards:

If you have any rewards that you have not yet redeemed, you should still be able to claim them. However, as Perl mentioned, the time to qualify for those rewards ended yesterday. As far as I know adding time will not qualify for those now, sorry.

Hahaha, what a joke.

I agree. It’s quite the joke that you had so long to take care of this, including a massive 90 day warning, but didn’t.

However, if you put in a ticket and ask NICELY, perhaps they may still be able to accommodate you. Most companies will help out if you miss a promotion or sale by a day or two. It never hurts to ask NICELY, but be prepared that they may say no.

It’s a joke that I missed the deadline by one day.

Nice attitude btw.

Customer Support has no impact on the system, we can’t trigger rewards or apply game time to other accounts to trigger something that is otherwise no longer active.

Alright, that’s the third time someone has posted to basically say “You have had plenty of time, or they gave ample warning” and I do appreciate the sentiment.

However, as Osiris posted, he meant it was a joke that he missed the deadline by one day… I assume as in, “doh, it figures! Just my luck!”.

Even so, we really do not need to one, report that kind of comment as trolling or inappropriate because seriously, I have been posting in this thread and will continue to monitor it so reporting to the moderation team while I am here simply causes me more work because now I have to find the report before a mod does… and, two, is it really necessary to admonish someone multiple times when they’ve already realized they have missed out on something?
