I have set up RAF links with 2 newly created accounts using the link generated ingame from the RAF tab, and added subscriptions to them. However, they have not been added.
give it a little time, they should be linked and you should get the xp bonus but it can take a little time for it to register the gametime

I think i figured it out. Because the bnet accounts didn’t exist they didn’t connect. Once I redid the RAF link they came up
