I received this reward today but I can’t find it anywhere in my inventory nor can I find the option within the transmog menus. Has it been discontinued or am I just missing something?
You are looking at your weapon illusions, correct? Not all weapons will accept a weapon illusion, so make sure it is one that shows others illusions as an option at the transmog npc.
When looking at the Appearance Library itself, you will click on this icon to show the Weapon Enchantments (otherwise known as Illusions).

Your solution helped, inadvertently!
I logged out of my main to check other classes to see if it was available on other weapon types. Not only was it there, but after relogging back to my main, the appearance showed up.
Maybe it was just related to logging in and out. Anyways, thanks for your help!
