they live to serve no purpose at all, we didnt like them back then, we dont like them now, they stop you from playing races u wanted to play, and they imbalance factions because people will always choose the better option.

Would have been nice for them to have been removed ages ago, IMO the game would be better for it.
Tho with that said. I would still play Male Undead / Male Human.

If racials didn’t exist, nobody would play horde as evidenced by faction balance on PVE servers and faction balance in general during original vanilla before people really understood how broken and OP horde racials were for pvp.
Let’s face it, most people don’t roll horde for their Zug Zug lore or their lolsthetics

I love my Starshards, and my warrior loves her Escape Artist. Racials for life.
(I also just love night elf male casters and gnome female warriors. The racials are a nice bonus 
)

I have a maghar priest. That’s like not having any racials. I’ve wanted one since vanilla. Didn’t happen until bfa.
I was a Dwarf pally in Vanilla which was also like not having racials.

No they don’t. I play the race I want to play, regardless of racials.
Yeah, I think that when some classes have access to some better racials on one faction, then it does seem that a lot of people will switch to that side, even though most people don’t seem to actually be PVPing at highly competitive levels.
Of course, I don’t actually believe that faction balance is worth striving for, nor even a desirable state to enforce across all servers. Diversity of faction balance gives players options to play on servers with balances they may prefer.
What is a maghar? Pretty sure that’s not classic. Also I specifically said that people only roll horde for racials, last I checked dwarves weren’t horde, so I actually have no idea what you are talking about

Classic is the game retail players play while they wait for new content for retail. Actual wow has many expansions. Maghar are a race from one of retails expansions.
