Towards the end of classic WotLK.
We have store mounts already, just give us faction/race change while we’re at it.
There are no store mounts. There is only the DE mount so far, which is similar to the pet that was offered with the original collector’s edition.
Character boost was well after WotLK stop acting like they have not changed things.

Gender change was considered an “Appearance Change”, seperate from the Race Change, and cheaper too IIRC.
So, limit it to once per account too?
