I want to change my female Pandaren monk to a male Panjdaren , i have a race change available but the Pandaren is greyed out , is there a sex change option available? or am i out of luck?
Just visit a barber shop in-game, you can change gender/body types there.

Yep, and there is no cost. You can change your look any time ya want, as often as ya want.

You can do this at the Barber shop, you can use a name change however to change the name if you don’t think the current name suits the new character.
