Then that means that it wasn’t purchased. Which is good since it means you weren’t charged for nothing, but bad because no race change.
It’s likely an overlay which is blocking the payment screen from completing, which tends to be an issue for people who come to this forum. If you have any of those (and Razer is a usual culprit), try turning them off and then retrying.

I’m having the issue and I don’t have overlays
Whatever that is.
You probably do without realizing it. Discord, the GeForce Experience, and Razer software all have overlays that can muck with the shop or WoW itself.

I do not use Discord. I do not have a GeForce chip. There is no Razer hardware on my machine.
If you are having issues still after 2 months, you’ll want to submit a ticket with billing.

Besides, those were examples of common pieces of software that have overlays without people realizing that they do. There are others out there.

I did.
The back-and-forth with the techs took more than a month and turned up Nothing.
There was no reason they could find why it doesn’t work on my machine, but it still doesn’t work. Despite the fact it did work only two weeks before.
I suggested Billing to see about you trying to get a refund.
