Character Services not completing

Hey all, We’ve been seeing a lot of posts from folks who have been having trouble completing a character service, name change, race change, character transfers, boosts, etc… We just wanted to provide a centralized location that acknowledges that we’re aware of the issue and where we can provide updates when they become available.
