It’s a joke. They’re just saying, you feel a lot more badass and better about yourself after you change your appearance there. How will poor blizzard afford their yachts if we remove the race change from the store.

Honestly this move is probably being made so they can open up all races as visage forms to Dracthyr without only providing free race changes to a single class/race. Mostly motivated by the urge to sweep their ugly derp-dragon mistake further under the rug I imagine.

There’s no way they’re giving up that revenue stream. What I’m assuming will be the case is that you can pay at the barber shop, with real life dollars, to change your race and remove the current race changing process. Assuming this is true at all, and not a meme.
