Thank you everyone who came out last night. Was a much more relaxed evening for me (Kunbo) with the buffet style serving.
Due to popular demand we’re going to do the buffet again next Sunday. Everyone has a second chance to help decide what makes it to the seasonal menu.

What a great time we had last night!
The three most popular noms - and thus new menu items - are shaved ice, puffers, and nests. It just so happens that all three make great street food.
They’ll be available as we return to where it all started. The cart is dusted off, has a fresh paint job & will be appearing at markets and fairs in the near future. Speaking of which …
For the month of July instead of only twice a month we’re going to try out holding the teahouse every Sunday. Two Sundays will be the usual, a third one will feature an excursion to the Wanderer’s Festival - the earlier one so not only the night owls can go - , and the fourth type of evening will be at an alternate location - which will vary from month to month if this becomes a regular thing.
As many of the regulars know, Kunbo’s primary business is wholesale importing/exporting tea through his entrepots in many of the harbor towns throughout the world. What we’re thinking of as the “ports of call” Sundays would usually be in one of those major ports. Primarily this would be in places accessible to all. But suitable spots have also been scouted out in Boralus & the Grand Bazaar.
JULY
7 PM every Sunday5th: “Port of Call” - Darkmoon Faire food court (the tables behind the food stalls)
12th: Sri-La
19th: Sri-La (with excursion to Wanderer’s Festival at about 8:30)
26th: Sri-La
Should this new schedule prove popular enough (& the staff have the stamina) to continue, sites of four more ports of call are already arranged. Suggestions for future ports of call would also be warmly welcomed.

It seems that due to phasing problems at the Darkmoon Faire, we’ll be taking things back to Sri-La (the usual place) tonight! If you’re currently at the Darkmoon Faire, head on over to Sri-La in the Jade Forest of Pandaria because Kunbo’s brewing up some tea over there! We’ll be waiting for you!
Darn, I hope we can figure out the phasing problems one of these days. I’d love to see the teahouse at the faire. To sri-la!

The first night of our new weekly pace was a success despite getting blind-sided by some weird phasing issues on Darkmoon Island. Next Sunday we’ll be at home in Sri-La from the start.
August may very well see our port of call influenced by some of last night’s intriguing clientele.
Sunday will be a normal evening in Sri-La at Kunbo’s Wharf.
Unfortunately it is necessary to remind everyone to review the posted guidelines regarding OOC & IC etiquette. Please help out by including a reminder when you are telling others about the teahouse.
On a happier note I’m hoping to have the artistic version of the new menu available by Sunday.

Doors open at 7PM WRA server time tomorrow (7-11-2020) as always at Sri-La in the Jade Forest of Pandaria.
Everything except the hot foods will be on the buffet. On the left inside the teahouse as you face the front entry. So you can eat Chunky Snow like a cub - til your tummy tells you it’s time for a nap. 
sometimes I forget Sri-La is in the Jade forest because the cliffs keep it sheltered and the buildings look more like Krasarang. Or maybe it’s just that seaside villages in Pandaria all have the same chi flow.
Speaking of which - bring those inky black potions! After sunset it’s wonderful to take your Chunky Snow, Puffers and Four Winds Nests out onto the veranda to enjoy the evening breeze and the stars.
