Quilen & Cloud Teahouse Open In Sri-La!

We are going to be at the Cultural Food Festival today - trying out a new treat based on a suggestion by one of our patrons.

Here’s the festival menu:

FESTIVAL TREATS

“HOO-LOOS”
snacks on a stick
Cloud serpent head molded of jaggery, body of nine glazed sticky rice spheres

Sweet Gold varieties
honeydew melon, banana, jasmine tea, chocolate, mix of all

Tangy Red varieties
salty tomato, cinnamon lemon, chili onion, garlic cheese, mix of all

TEA
served in Seed Cups
drink tea, plant the cup, Pandarian wildflowers grow.

“Red Dragon”
green tea leaves infused with cherry & a pinch of cinammon

“Black Turtle”
smoke-cured green tea leaves

if there’s any hoo-loos left over we’ll share them at the teahouse tomorrow.
