I tried searching for this but there are a lot of similar topics/particular scenarios… So this is my situation, I have unlocked Maghar’s and zandalari on this druid. If I faction change this druid to alliance and I have a maghar/zandalari alt level 20+, would I be able to play my maghar/zandalari character?

Unlocked is unlocked.

Once you unlock the Allied race it is an account wide unlock. You can faction change or even delete the character that originally unlocked the Allied race and still have access to them.
