Imo scatterplay is the most rewarding and most fun. When I play the other two my brain just goes to sleep. I think scatterplay will help you be better players since you need to identify your kill windows better as this comp than the other two.
The only bad thing about scatterplay is its viability. Basically if PvE absorb gear is a thing and your classes have gimp dmg then it’ll be useless. We’ll see tho.
Yea very true, I have 0 of the new raid gear on my hunter which sucks, but if its the most viable in general I don’t mind farming for it.
If you do not have an immediate group of friends or a guild to help you gear, you may want to run with your ele sham instead. It will be easier to get groups as a healer.
Only downside is they are removing the % dmg off of their main dmg spell (thank god) so I’m not sure how strong ele will be next patch.
Which I don’t get the change, with Gpy still being a thing. It’s kinda silly. But I’ve heard good and bad things about it so I guess time will tell
It’s because of the new essences. Ele shams basically get Lightning Lasso, if they choose so per essence. Mages don’t get gpy.
Because they have to take care of their PvE crowd, they can’t have guilds 3 shotting mythic dungeons with multiple ele shamans.

No. Shunt, spriest, healer. I hope you guys have a third.

Ele/spriest/hpal is really good and if your hpally and spriest are on the same page can be very rewarding
Oh. Lock would tier higher than ele. Depending on how next patch will turn out.
In terms of popularity, it would be lock>>>>> ele > survival.
Play scatter play if you’re ok with losing to every cleave with a DH, and most melee cleaves with PVE gear, but enjoy outplaying RMPala and being able to win.
My friend only plays Spriest/WW and says it’s really fun, I haven’t played it minus like 3-4 games so I’m not sure.
