Queueing non-random 10-19bg

10-19 bracket, xp on, Queued for WSG/AB four hours go, the prime of prime time. “Average wait 7 min”.
From experience, I know that this number doesn’t apply to non-random queuing. Sure enough, after 24 min of waiting in prime time, AB pops.
So, why don’t we get an informative number for non-random queueing?

(I took the pop. Ofc, the Blizzard network lost the connection, and I lost my queue into BGs.)

Four hours later, queued again, and it still says “7 min” average wait. 20 min later, AB pops, (into a pre-made, so 7-8 min loss).
How often is that average calculated? over 12 hrs? 24?

Total so far: 56 min, still no WSG.

I feel your pain, and try putting in a ticket and one gets no where. I have waited 54 mins and said its not worth it. Leave que log off…

5v10 BG. I can tell Blizz is actually listening. I know I should feel grateful…

theres usually a right time to que for low level battlegrounds or perhaps theres just most pvp activity at other brackets than the 10-19 bracket

When I was farming rep in AB and WSG, it was routine for me to see “Average wait time 10 minutes. Time in queue: 1 hour 30 minutes.”
