I’ve played on Whitemane since day one. Take your “other server” and shove it. I pay monthly for this game. Having to wait two hrs in que is criminal. People like you have ruined this game by accepting mediocrity. Demand quality, scrub.

We’ve known since before Classic launch that Whitemane would have queues. Choosing to play there anyway is all on you, not Blizzard.

They had 6+ hr ques every day starting at noon forever. Then guess what. One day, as if by magic (layering and realm locks), they were gone. Not shortened. Not starting earlier or later. GONE. They have the power to do it. They want you to spend money to get off the server. Simple as that. Store mounts, boosts… you think this isn’t just another grab for your dollar? It’s absolutely pathetic lol. I actually unsubbed and am getting my week back of work for launch.
They should have stopped new characters from being able to join realms where they didn’t have a character less than a month ago. IT’s going to be a complete disaster. Que’s for realms when tbc are launched will easily reach 10,000.
They’re completely delusional about how many people are going to come back for TBC. It will be millions.

I feel your pain, joined at a 3500 que lol. Wish all my friends played on a different server but its the way it goes I guess.
Queues are the only way people will move off the mega servers, which Blizzard has been asking them to do for 2 years now.
we all play monthly for this game. The difference is you CHOSE to play on an overpopulated server. It’s no ones fault but your own and there are several options at your disposal to fix your problem you just don’t want to do that. Sounds like a personal problem to me.

Sounds like this is the norm. If that’s so, then I will be looking to move sooner or later. I refuse to spend the few hours a week I have to play waiting in line to play a game I pay for monthly.

I mean in reality… They just never should have unlocked Whitemane after they did it the first time. The ques were INSANE. People were literally remote logging just to be able to raid after work. That’s pathetic. So basically you can either 1) sit and wait for 6 hrs to play a video game you pay a monthly sub for or 2) xfer to a dead server with guilds that can’t clear content. Cool game, Blizz. You’re welcome for the 16 a month for like half my life.

lol xfer to a dead server… you havent even checked out other servers. Bloodsails zones are packed right now and we don’t have Q’s. Anything not a mega server is dead to you.

Prepatch is the best time to change servers. People are leveling up new characters, making new guilds, ect.

Great. I’m in a guild. I want to play with my guild. I dont give a flying eff about your server or your new guilds. Why would I spend two years progressing my char and making friends just to move when Blizz allowed these ques to happen again? Plain and simple. They can do something about it. They don’t. It doesn’t effect you so you don’t care. Don’t come on here complaining in two months when you cant get a Khara because your server is dead.
And for anyone that picked up classic after launch until now where queue times werent a factor and therefore couldnt have been known? Especially since for what ever ungodly reason blizzard isn’t/wasnt showing the “full” status for realms.
