How long is it until blizzard actually address this issue? I get it “transfer out of the mega servers” BS yall preach, but a ton of us have been there for a long time.
It’s rather pathetic at this point, and they wont issue refunds for the fact you can’t play their game unless you transfer off . YEARS of network architecture and advancement, and they are still stuck in 2005.

Yeah same issue here. I’ve been on Faerlina all of TBC with no issues. With my current work schedule I get home and log to a huge que time and by the time I finally get in I have to start getting ready for bed… vicious cycle.
Blizz has already made their stance clear. Their solution is free transfers. Take them or deal with the queue.
I’ve personally been a holdout on bene and sat through the prepatch queues and wrath queues but i’ve about hit my limit. Discussing transferring with my guild today. At the end of the day I want to be able to play the game when I want more than I want to be on a mega server.
PS: Tinfoil hats are pretty tightly screwed on in this thread.

Man its rough. Its legit like a 6-7 hour queue at any time of day. I can log in after midnight CST pretty consistently but that’s about it. And it’s bad now because people are doing anything they can not to logout so it’s worse than it even would be otherwise…
They already have addressed it. They’re offering free transfers to anyone on a realm with queues.
They’ve literally addressed it half a dozen times. There is absolutely nothing else to say.
The time of the mega server has come to an end. They were very clear about this.

While it may solve one immediate issue, it creates multiple others. It feels terrible to transfer to a new server with no economy and none of your friends. Outside of guildies, there are other people on the server I’m friends with and Blizzard is suggesting I end those friendships or move them to a different platform.
The solution sucks.

100% man I understand completely. What’s going to be worse is trying to run our first guild 25 mans next week. It’s almost guaranteed to be a disaster due to people getting stuck in queues.
Was going to run an OS 3D tonight and our MT got dc’d and put into a 440 minute queue. It’s just straight untenable to stay.
