I know it’s extremely difficult for such a small indie company of 4 or so people who have only been in the gaming industry for a few months to mitigate these queue times, but 6+ hour queue times are unacceptable and if you’re not going to be bothered to fix it, you should be refunding people their subscription time, especially those who don’t work from home and can’t play at all.

Here’s a better one. Your guild and friends should coordinate and all take the free transfer to one of the free destination servers. Surely, a guild like yours, can manage to coordinate such a thing.

No, that is also not a reasonable or logical suggestion. Many of my friends that I play with and many of the friends of my guildies that they play with are not part of the same guild. It’s Blizzard’s job to fix this, not the job of players to fix it for Blizzard.

the whole “you can transfer out of the server crap is out of the question.” Blizzard should have a way to prevent these long que times. Nobody wants to wait in que for 230 minutes. Whats the point then? Paying a sub to not even be able to play. This is Getting ridiculous.

I mean… you can fix it at any time by changing realms. And it is stated Classic is a bonus to your WoW sub, which according to your warrior here, you’ve been enjoying just fine.

Giving in to the only option when it came with radio silence from the developer is not the move. They’ve said absolutely nothing and continue to do so. It’s piss poor and they need to be held to account. You don’t create a problem and then repeat the flow in the other direction to fix it just to profit off of the inevitable server deaths later. You just make the game function with a mega server player base like it already has previously.

No, that is completely unrealistic and dumb. The people I play with span across 10+ guilds and would be impossible to coordinate. Having this mentality of paying Blizzard for nothing and having players fix all of their problems is an insane mentality. I can’t believe people have it.

Exactly! People play Wow with their friends, nobody just plays this game alone, literally these people are saying mind numbingly dumb ideas. Nobody wants to go to a dead server. Like that’s lame and boring.

You know it’s ironic. When there were PvP queues in TBC the only solution was FvF BGs because “Mah friends and family.” Yet when RDF comes in to play you are all a bunch of anti social lone wolves that know nothing about what friends are. Yet here we are again, “Muh friends and family.” Why is it only convenient to magically have friends and family ONLY when something impacts you negatively?

Then your only option is to stay where you are.
You have to wait untill all the people that think like you, to either move out of server or to quit.
It’s gonna take a while.
Or you can take the “dumb” offer and move along!
